This isn't just another rental accommodation, we work hard to make our space feel like a vacation getaway, charming, comfortable and quaint. We take excellent care of our guests and our home and we always strive to have a fresh, clean and quiet environment with everything you may need for a relaxing stay.
Our newly constructed accommodation provides you with your own spacious living space located in our lower level finished basement with separate private entry from the main house. Our unit offers one large light and airy living space partitioned off into four corners providing: a bed room area, dining area, cooking area and living room area. Additionally, this rental provides a newly constructed full private bath.
Our main sleep area has a queen size bed near a large window with picturesque farm views, a night stand and dresser, all partitioned off from the main living space by a screen and curtains. Additional bedding is found in our living room area via a pullout queen size bed which functions as a couch during the day. And lastly, we have a queen air mattress that can be set up in an area away from the kitchen and TV area.
Our living area provides a couch with additional seating at a bar table and a rocking chair located near a glass sliding door for outside viewing.
Our dining area has a small table with seating for four, a bar table with two stools and a closet.
Our cooking area provides a mini refrigerator, microwave and wood cart setup with coffee maker and kitchen necessities.
Our private bath provides a full walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

What is included in the price for a relaxing stay with us:
Sleeping Amenities: Queen size bed in private sectioned off bed area, Queen size pullout bed couch in living area. Queen air mattress can be set up in a quite area. We supply sheets, pillows and blankets.
Relaxing Living Amenities: TV, couch, bar table and smaller table with seats.
Kitchen Amenities: Mini Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker (coffee, sugar and creamer), Flatware, Plates, Bowls, Cups, Glasses, Garbage container, Kitchen towel and dish soap.
Private Bathroom Amenities: Bath towels, Bath mat, Toilet paper, Shower soap and Hand Soap.
High speed WIFI Internet TV for streaming(bring your streaming service information)
Self check-in and Check-out via a digital lockbox located next to unit’s private entrance which is around the back of the premises.
Reserved guest parking across the street in community parking.
Separate private entrance with chairs and patio.
Walkable to Bus which may provide round trip to/from football games.
Guest stay agreement will be sent with all terms for your stay with us. Reservations require a signed contract and full payment upfront. A two night minimum stay is required for football weekends and popular events. No refunds upon cancellation. We will email or text you to confirm payment has been received and reservation reserved.
Additional dates are available to rent, please request by email.
Current Pricing is a per night fee. Any additional fees for services is included. A 2 night minimum is required for football game weekends. Prices are subject to change.
