I'm taking a semester off in the spring and need to sublet/lease transfer for my apartment. The rest of the lease runs from January through August 2026.
This apartment is honestly really beautiful and gets a lot of natural light. The room you would be leasing has a large walk-in closet, and I would 100% be okay with donating my dresser, mirror, desk, and bed if you'd like! There is a single bathroom with toilet, sink, storage, shower, and bath. There is a large living room, smaller dining room, and a kitchen with oven, stove, sink, fridge, and an excessive amount of storage. There are also two closets in the common area for extra storage!
My other roommate would be staying here for the remainder of the semester and he is very sweet! He's an engineering student so I honestly don't see him that much but he mainly keeps to himself anyways. Roommate of any gender is okay – I'm a woman and I feel completely safe living with him.
This apartment is in the holmes-foster neighborhood, and it takes me about 15 minutes to walk to most of my classes. There's also a bus stop like 1 minute away if you need. All utilities are included besides electric I'm willing to negotiate price/pay for first months rent if necessary. :)
