This buggy is in Excellent Physical appearance Great Condition all around, starts right up and runs strong. Has an aftermarket header pipe and muffler, short ram air intake and jet kit. Otherwise stock. Just serviced and had a new drive belt , Variator and Rollers installed. Stock tires and brake system. Never had any issues with either of those. (Besides installing a new e brake cable)
This buggy has been garage kept and very well maintained, the engine or transmission has never seen dirty oil. No leaks and the engine does not burn any oil. Never had any issues with the engine or transmission. I have all the stock parts and also some extra parts that will be included.
Parts can be difficult to find at times due to the Pandemic and now the Tariffs. I will give my contacts for OEM parts , I have found several reputable suppliers who can get any part needed.
This is an extremely fun machine to drive. It was never beaten, we have a small 2 acre plot we ride on and it gets driven up and down the road. My guess would say this has less than 200 hours on it. Still using the stock tires and brakes. It doesn’t get ridden a lot. We just replaced the factory rollers for the first time this Spring. I hate to get rid of it because it is so much fun but I’m upgrading my mower and need the space in the Shed.
Known "issues" with this machine.
Please note, I do not recommend this machine to someone who does not have some mechanical, electrical and repair skills. These buggies can and will have parts that break that need minor repairs from time to time depending on how you drive it. Keep in mind, its Chinese and parts are cheaper. Don't expect to be a single Mom and buy this machine for your kid and expect it to run perfectly every time. Mechanical , electrical and structural issues will arise from time to time. For example, the stock exhaust muffler on this broke internally and would not allow this machine to even start. So we upgraded to the better exhaust pipe and muffler which meant it needed slightly bigger jets as well. Another example is some of the tube framing cracked(only back near the engine) , so we had to weld plates on to beef up the frame. Also the mounting tabs for the electrical box have broken off several times and needed re-welded. The Passenger seat framing broke so we have the seat taken apart and re welded to be super strong. Nothing major has happened to this machine , the engine and transmission like I said earlier don't burn or leak any fluid and the engine has always run strong.
These buggies are known to have finicky electrical systems, This buggy is no different. The Headlights work but intermittently 2 of the 4 wont come on sometimes. Also the turn signals sometimes work and sometimes don't, we stopped using those altogether. Possibly just a loose connection somewhere.
