UP Student Looking for a Fall Lease (State College, PA)

Hi, my name is Jason. I'm an undergraduate student in my Senior year studying Computer Science and Data Science at PSU University Park. I'm looking for a 4 month long lease starting before the semester on August 24th, as I'm looking to graduate in December. Ideally, I would like either street parking or an apartment within 10 minutes of a CATA bus stop. I don't have any pets, I am not a party/invite-friend sort of person, and I'm good at keeping a clean living space. Please let me know if you would be willing to discuss a lease with me!
