I’m looking for a sublet or a room for rent for the upcoming school year. I’d like to be within ~10 mins walking to downtown, or on the northwest side of campus in the east college heights neighborhood. I am a clean, quiet, and respectful grad student. I do not smoke or have pets. My budget is around $600, but can stretch for the right place.
