Full time Employed Grad Student (State College)

I am an adult male grad student (Compu Sci) and I also work full time For CATA - Center County Area Transportation Authority.

Our current landlord is no longer renting the property after I've been living here for 3 years with perfect payment and rental history.

I have no pets and a clean criminal record.

Right now I work and study, go to the gym and sleep.
I do not smoke, rarely drink and don't do drugs of any kind.

I'm looking for a room to rent, My budget is around 600 per month. I'm allergic to cats unfortunately.
