The baffle carries genuine General Motors (GM) part #39122801. This part number is labeled in two places on the outer box.
According to a number of GM parts outlets, this baffle will fit 2016-19 Chevrolet Cruze models with the 1.4-liter gas engine, and 2017-19 Chevrolet Cruze models with the 1.6-liter diesel engine. This fitment information is based on my best research. Please consult a dealership or other resource to do your own research on nuances like trim level and options before bidding or buying. A search using your own vehicle's VIN is usually your best policy!
This baffle was purchased in about 2022 at a local GM dealer at full retail price. I bought it for a project that never ended up materializing. Therefore, I no longer have any use for this and offer it up here.
The part appears to be in NEW open-package condition cosmetically and functionally. It has never been installed in a vehicle. The baffle has only been taken out of the original cardboard box for the purpose of inspecting and photographing it. The plastic appears to be in great shape, as boxed up at the factory. There does not appear to be any molding defects from the factory. No apparent cracks, breaks, bends, kinks, or other areas of damaged or missing plastic. All reinforced areas and mounting holes appear to be in good shape. The part number, manufacture date, and other information is stamped directly into the plastic.
The original cardboard box has some wear and tear, dirt, stains, and previous labeling. It also has some creases and dings - particularly at the edges and corners - but overall is sound for shipping and storage. The box has some spots of oil and dirt on a few sides, but none of this appears to have transferred to the part itself. The part # is listed on the box in two locations.
Please view all pictures to get a better sense of the condition of everything. Again, the baffle comes with the original cardboard box (though re-taped). No other original documentation or packaging is included, nor was anything else originally included.
