Ballock’s Landscaping is looking for hardworking and reliable General Laborers to join our team. This role is essential in assisting with landscaping, junk removal, and other outdoor projects. General Laborers will work under the supervision of the Landscape Foreman, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Responsibilities
Perform various landscaping tasks, including but not limited to landscape maintenance trimming, mulching, planting, and hardscaping.
Assist with junk removal, loading/unloading debris, maintaining clean job sites.
Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Follow instructions and the ability to learn from the Foreman and work as part of a team to complete projects.
Ensure job sites and the shop are left clean and organized at the end of each workday.
Adhere to company safety protocols and proper equipment use.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Prior landscaping or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to perform physical labor, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Punctual and able to follow instructions efficiently.
Ability to operate equipment such as truck and trailer, skid steer, trimmers, etc.
Valid driver’s license is required and reliable transportation.
