Homemade loft for a twin bed that was made (including stained and sealed) about 20 years ago for son who is now out of the house, so we no longer need it. It is currently in labeled pieces, and I am happy to drive it to a public parking lot for the exchange for anyone who is sincerely interested. The total height of the headboard support corners is 90" and the height of the footboard support corners is 78". The bed can rest at two different heights as constructed and we had it at around 61-64" such that there is space below up to about 60" the way we used it. You could simply adjust the height for the bed by drilling holes at different heights off the floor or use the two heights that I designed it for. The twin mattress is not included but all of the wood (including plywood for mattress to sit on), carriage bolts, washers, nuts, are included. I added handles to the back side ladder to assist in climbing up and there is a bracket to prevent rolling out of the bed. I even added a bookshelf for books and a lamp, you could add more! This is great for anyone who needs more room in the kids' room or for a college student in a dorm.
