Whirlpool 50 Gallon Electric Smart Energy Water Heater - $180 (Pennsylvania Furnace)

This is used but in excellent cosmetic and working condition. Purchased New in 2016 . Never had any issues with it, only selling since we upgraded to a heat pump. This Water Heater was used in conjunction with a Water Softener and Filter system and it was drained and refilled regularly. It’s in very clean condition and not rusted out. It was mounted off the floor so the bottom is in great shape. See photos -note-the water on the ground is from me changing the water filters. This heater never leaked. Now that it is sitting empty I do not hear any buildup moving around inside the tank.
I would recommend checking and possibly replacing the Anode rod as this has never been changed and often is recommended for tank longevity. This heater will include 2 already installed 3/4” PEX fittings for quick install.
