Private housing unit for 1 tenant. private bedroom, bath, and kitchen! Available ONLY for this summer, the rental period will start from May 10th and end in August 24th. (end date flexible)
The unit is FULLY FURNISHED, and ALL Utilities are covered, which includes Electricity, Water, and Wifi. Secluded Parking for both cars and bikes is available, and there is also laundry on site.
How this works, you will take over the rent for 3 months, June, July and August, May is on me! Previous move-in and move-out dates apply; you will pay the 3 months PLUS an addional $800 security deposit, which will be refunded to you at the end of the lease upfront. I will take care of the rest
This place IS pet-friendly so there are others with them. Please be mindful if you have any allergies. IF you were to bring a pet PLEASE be a responsible pet owner to the property, environment, and others around you.
