The apartment has two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom on the first floor, and the living room could potentially be rented out as an extra space if interested. The unit has central heating and air conditioning.
Very convenient location:
- Bus stop right outside the apartment
- Buses come every 10 minutes
- About 10 minutes to campus
- About 3 minutes to Weis supermarket
The apartment is officially unfurnished, but I already have furniture available. Washer and dryer are included.
Furniture and appliances are fully available, so you can move in right away. Shared/common area includes:

Bedrooms can include:

About me:
I am an undergraduate senior student. I do not smoke, drink, party, or have pets. I am quiet and enjoy cooking. If you have a pet, you can pay the apartment pet fee of $15 to the property management.
Lease term:
August 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027, with renewal possible.
