best location I've lived in-in state college. Its a block from panera

I am subletting my apartment at Park Crest Terrace Apartments 1400 Martin Street in March. My roommate moved out without notice and I am stuck there until then because I am not able to sublet until that time. It is a very nice 3 bedroom apartment, bay windows and pretty spacious. It is low income housing, which means the combined income with all residents in the apartment cannot be more than $31,000 dollars per year. My once-was roommate is planning on trying to sublet just one person but if I can find a couple, or two people that would like to rent the space all together I figure it would kill two birds with one stone. I will say, there is a bit of paperwork involved but only necessary things. I believe that one full time student is allowed to rent out the place with a roommate. However, the other roommate cannot be a student at all. It would be better if professionals responded to this ad. The entire rent for the place is $805/month utilities are separate. Utilities included are water and parking. The amenities are as follows: dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, plenty of cupboard space, bay windows, and tons of closet space. It also comes with a washer and dryer. Pets are allowed there is a $200-$400 dollar one time fee. Animals allowed are: cats, dogs and birds. Animals not allowed are: reptiles and rodents. Up to two cats are allowed per apartment. Like I previously stated, there are three bedrooms. A master bedroom that includes a connected bathroom, and two smaller but decently sized bedrooms. One other bathroom in the hallway not far from either of the two other bedrooms. It has gas heat which comes to about $40 dollars per month in the winter months, and is about $20 dollars or less in the summer months. The electric bill is only $20-$40 dollars per month. It comes with a cable hook-up supplied by Comcast. All in all it's a very cute apartment, it is on the first floor so easy to move-in to. The bay windows have a door that leads to the porch, which also has a small storage area for chairs or toys. It's a quiet community, there is a small "park" directly across from the apartment that has a slide and swing-set so if you have kids it's very convenient. The apartment is also just a few feet from the office and mail-room which has the apartments own private little box that is key accessible. I've lived here alone for the last year and am graduating in December of 2009. It has been kept very clean and comfortable. Wake up to Fantastic Views of the mountains from the large sliding window in the living space.
It is a great location and size. I cooked a lot and spent most of my time using the kitchen and I was able to make everything without any problem.
There are 2 fold up beds that go into the wall to save space on the floor. Drawers and Closet space is also located in the same wall unit as the bed. There are also 2 large closets in the hallway from entrance to the living space.
The bathroom is runs perfectly and is very clean. It has a heating lamp in the ceiling with a fan to help keep you warm and dry when you get out of the shower.

You would be room mates with three other guys (from around the Easton, PA area) on the 8th floor. I share my room (the larger one of the two) with my friend Ryan, so you would be taking my spot in the apartment. All of the appliances work well, the room mates are a lot of fun, and you wouldn't have to bring too much for your move in!

The room you'd be renting has a full bathroom and a walk-in closet. The laundry facilities are on the ground floor of the Meridian.

It is a five minute walk to campus and the Meridian has a White Loop stop so you wouldn't have to walk onto campus if you didn't want to. The rent is $400 a month, but that can be negotiated if it would sway your decision.

We already have a big screen television with two couches and two comfy bigger chairs in the living room, so you wouldn't have to worry about furniture. The bedroom also comes with your bed, desk, and two sets of dressers. The kitchen is nice, large counter-top space with many amenities in addition to the stove, dishwasher and sink/garbage disposal.

2 bedroom apartment houses 3 students right now which makes $340 each, 2 of the tenants are moving out and would like 2 to replace (or rent jumps to $509 for 2). The apartment is very nice, the larger bedroom would be the one offered (so shared). It has its own bathroom but the shower is shared. It also has a large walk in closet. The rent includes everything except internet. It also comes with two spaces, 1 of which is being used so only 1 is free.

Toftrees is further out and there is a regular bus (pass not included). It is very near to Wegmans and the likes. Toftrees has a very nice atmosphere, mostly adults or graduate students (few undergrads). It is also nestled into the woods more than downtown. It has a nice balcony with slight few of the golf course. There is a laundry site in the building as well as a small storage area.

The lone person staying is a 21yr old senior male in civil engineering. He is very clean and organized. Owns 2 cats (very nice and loving). Is a self proclaimed tree hugger and outdoors man. Enjoys hiking, camping, biking, and the likes. He is also a smoker. Not a very big drinker and besides the apartment is surrounded by elderly folks and families so large parties are not common (nor wanted). He is also (very close) to being a vegetarian. And an avid cook. Would prefer those similar in age and interests. Can be studious and quite (enjoys reading) but does have fun.

I am graduating from Penn State in December and I want to sublet my apartment from January 1 to August 8th 2010. The rent is $412 a month and included in the cost of rent is parking, the use of a hot tub and a fitness center, as well as monthly activities sponsored by State College Park. A bus pass is also part of the perks. You will have your own room with a desk, a mirror, and a double bed. The bathroom will be shared with one roommate. All of the roommates are responsible for gas and electric, which usually adds up to $35 dollars per month. There are three other male roommates that live here and they are all engineering majors. The apartment is fully furnished and has a free washer and dryer as well as a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is located about a mile away from campus. There will be a 275 dollar fee for subletting, but I am willing to work with you on the payment options for that.

Transferring Schools and Subleasing my room in the house for the Spring Semester ( The lease ends in the middle of August). My Room is by far the largest I would guess it is 22 X 15 Sq ft. The largest room I have ever lived in or probably encountered. There will be Two other Housemates that are very easy to get along and mostly keep to themselves.
