There is parking at the fraser parking garage right next door to the building which is $80 a
month...and it is a month to month lease. I have a spot for $250 a
semester on gill and w. college. Its 400 a month and we pay every 5th
of the month. Everything is included except gas and we added premium
channels (HBO,Showtime) which breaks down to about $2 extra dollars a
month. The washer and dryer is on the first floor. It seriously is the
best location I've lived in-in state college. Its a block from panera
and the white loop.Right above RU hungry and margaritas. My roommates
are awesome!!! I love them so much the only reason i'm leaving is
because i'm starting grad school in philly. The apt is quiet during
the wk, but the definitely like to go out on the weekends. If you
