One bedroom in a two bedroom furnished apartment. Can be for one or two people (two twin beds can be pushed together for king size bed). Very nice apartment with big living room and two very friendly roommates (one male and one female). Apartment is clean and has a huge flatscreen tv. All utilities including except internet (only 15$ a month). $575 a month ($287 per person if two people). Parking spot behind building available. Also available for Summer 2010
