This apartment is less than a mile from campus, right downtown. Fully furnished 1 bedroom with 1 current roomate who is never really at the apartment. Cable/internet is already paid for the year, has a balcony and laundry on each floor. There is a computer lab on the main floor and parking available right outside the apartment. The rent is negotiable down to 500 if needed. I am in desperate need of finding a sublet because I must move back home to take care of my mother who is in stage 4 cancer, please e-mail as soon as possible!
