I am graduating in December and am looking to sign over he remainder of my lease. The apartment is located right downtown, next to the Subway on College Ave., so it's pretty close to everything. The rent is $435/month plus cable/internet/electric which adds up to about $60 total. There's one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, living/dining room and a balcony which would all be shared with one roommate. He's a junior and very, very easy to live with.
