If you are in need of housing this coming spring I will be Subletting my apartment. You will get one of the two upstairs rooms. You will get your own private room with a lot of closet space,carpeted. Full Washer and Dryer. New Refridgerator and Oven range, it has a dish washer. It is a very very nice place. Free covered parking
the cost of the house covers All Utilities except Internet and Electric (which is split between roomates ). Male or Female is okay. We're basically looking for a good person who is reliable with regards to the rent payment. The house is located in the section of houses between Wal-Mart and Wegmans on Mary Ellen Lane.
