Sublet available for the 2010 Spring and Summer. The apartment is at The Graduate at 138 South Atherton Street, State College, PA 16801. The apartment has a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. There is also a sink and vanity area in the hallway and a sliding door/balcony. Two of the girls have lived here this past Fall semester and the other girl (which you will be rooming with) is also a sublet for the Spring semester. The price of the sublet is $428.75 per month.
