I am subletting my room in a three bedroom house on West Beaver Ave at the intersection of Beaver and Corl St.
I really like this house; It has a yard, a front porch, and enormous living room, dining room, and kitchen. AND a basement.
You will get your own room, unfurnished, unless you need it to be furnished. We can talk about that.
I'm leaving because I'll be graduating in December, and I'd like to fill this spot ASAP so I don't have to worry about how I'm going to pay for it.
The utilities are all paid by you and the two other roommates (who are stand-up guys, let me tell you!) and can reach above $500 total in the winter months. We keep the heat fairly low here so we pay less, but we're comfortable. All the floors are wood, the heating is through radiators, and the stove is electric (and fabulous if you like to cook).
the realty company that manages this property is Continental Real Estate Management, and they seem to have their stuff together. There is a sublet process that we'll have to go through, but first things first:
