This is one of the cleanest apartments you will find in Dubois, ready for immediate move in! This apartment features all new floors, walls, paint, fridge, sink and bathroom. You will have 1 large bedroom. This is a low maintenance place where I can assure you will be satisfied. I need a person or two to move in immediately, as I am moving before my lease is finished. You would be renting through the end of Feb. 2010. If at that time you decide you like the place, you would of course be able to renew the lease at that time for an additional 12 months.
