I am subletting my bedroom at the Pointe for the Spring and Summer semesters. The lease would run from January to August but it would be available in mid December. The rent is 570 and includes everything but electric and heat which is no more than 50 dollars per person a month. You get your own room and bathroom, as well as a bus pass, parking space, and access to a gym, pool, computer room, game room, tanning bed, theater and much more.
