University Terrace apartment. Utilities included except electric and cable. Free internet, bus pass. Complex has a pool (in summer months), laundry facility and fitness center. You'll be sharing a bedroom with one other girl. Three other roommates in all....they are good people! Best roomies I had so far. You live relatively close to town, parking available. The apartment is rather spacious for college living.
The sublet starts in late December 2009, no earlier because I currently live there. Looking for female roommate, preferably undergrad but not necessary. Email me with your inquiry and I will have you give me a call so we can set up a time ASAP. My lease is through the Apartment Store and I believe it ends as of August 2010.
