I've lived here alone for the last year and am graduating in December of 2009. It has been kept very clean and comfortable. Wake up to Fantastic Views of the mountains from the large sliding window in the living space.
It is a great location and size. I cooked a lot and spent most of my time using the kitchen and I was able to make everything without any problem.
There are 2 fold up beds that go into the wall to save space on the floor. Drawers and Closet space is also located in the same wall unit as the bed. There are also 2 large closets in the hallway from entrance to the living space.
The bathroom is runs perfectly and is very clean. It has a heating lamp in the ceiling with a fan to help keep you warm and dry when you get out of the shower.
The living space has a great leather couch, AC/Heat Control, TV Stand (works as extra cabinet storage space), ceiling fan and 2 coffee tables.
