I'm graduating this fall so I am subletting my share(one bedroom) of a 3 bedroom, 2-floor house (1 bathroom) located within walking distance from campus. There are 2 other male roommates, one is a graduate student. Males and Females welcome to inquire.
The exact location is on Atherton and Westerly, which is on the R catabus line which comes every 20 minutes for most of the day. If you don't want to take the bus, the walk is about 10 minutes and under 5 minutes by bike.This is the 3rd year we've lived here, and we have nothing but positive things to say. It's very convenient and very cheap. The landlord is a sweet woman who is extremely nice and understanding and will take care of anything you need.
The rent is $265 / month + 1/3 utilities; the lease is from January-June. The house is furnished with a partially finished and furnished basement. You'll get one of the three bedrooms, which you'll need to furnish yourself (bed/desk/etc) - I have furniture available for sale. The house has a driveway where you can park your car (no fee), as well as a back and front yard (something rare in state college!). The kitchen is fairly large, and the other two roommates are fairly clean.

Gas (Hot Water), Oil (Heat), Electric (Stove, AC), Water
Included with rent:
Internet(Wired and Wireless) and Cable TV
