I am looking for a female to move into a two bedroom one bathroom apartment in Penn Towers. The place is move in ready fully furnished and is such a great location. It is located 5 min from the hub. You will be sharing the place with three other great girls and sharing a bedroom with one other girl. The bedroom even has a bed for you! The rent is cheap for the location only $400/month and includes ALL utilites the only thing you have to pay is cable/internet a month which averages to about $15/month. I am looking for renting it out as soon as possible. The lease will end next august 2010 so you will have the place all summer too! Undergrad students only!!!!!
