My roommate and I are looking to move for the spring semester, but our lease isn't up until this August (2010). We are hoping to find someone willing to take over the rent for the remainder of our lease period. Rent is $645 a month, all utilities included except electric (typically about $30 a month). There is definitely enough room for 2-4 people to share this apartment. It's nice and big, and in great shape.
-Lots of closet space, personal balcony, very quiet, big yard, great location... 5-10 minute drive to downtown, with a bus stop 50 yards away. Also, it's walking distance from the Walmart plaza which comes in handy.
-Cable included, on-site laundry facility, new outdoor pool, new gym, lounge area, free wifi internet.
The apartment is unfurnished, so you will have to bring your own stuff.
Just to be clear- If you agree to take over our lease, the apartment is all yours. You won't be sharing the place with any roommates, unless you choose to do so of course. So you don't have to deal with any weird half-apartment sublet arrangements. (:
Our only reason for moving is to find a pet-friendly place. We haven't signed a lease with anyone else yet, so move-in dates are negotiable. We're hoping to be out of here by January, though, so the sooner we can arrange something, the better!
