Hey Everyone! My roommate and I are looking for two lovely ladies to take our room in a 3 bedroom apartment for the spring 2010 semester and possibly the summer as well. The apartment will be fully furnished except the bedroom. The bedroom is large enough to fit two full size beds and also has a walk in closet. The apartment is really big and has 2 extra storage closets as well as hard wood floors. The rent is only 385 a month, with utilities it is 408 a month each. There is also covered parking in the back for an additional fee. We would be willing to sublet to one girl if she was willing to pay 770 a month to have the room to herself or to live with someone else we might find. You will have 3 other roommates who are all senior, mature girls who are non smokers.
