2 bedroom apartment houses 3 students right now which makes $340 each, 2 of the tenants are moving out and would like 2 to replace (or rent jumps to $509 for 2). The apartment is very nice, the larger bedroom would be the one offered (so shared). It has its own bathroom but the shower is shared. It also has a large walk in closet. The rent includes everything except internet. It also comes with two spaces, 1 of which is being used so only 1 is free.
Toftrees is further out and there is a regular bus (pass not included). It is very near to Wegmans and the likes. Toftrees has a very nice atmosphere, mostly adults or graduate students (few undergrads). It is also nestled into the woods more than downtown. It has a nice balcony with slight few of the golf course. There is a laundry site in the building as well as a small storage area.
The lone person staying is a 21yr old senior male in civil engineering. He is very clean and organized. Owns 2 cats (very nice and loving). Is a self proclaimed tree hugger and outdoors man. Enjoys hiking, camping, biking, and the likes. He is also a smoker. Not a very big drinker and besides the apartment is surrounded by elderly folks and families so large parties are not common (nor wanted). He is also (very close) to being a vegetarian. And an avid cook. Would prefer those similar in age and interests. Can be studious and quite (enjoys reading) but does have fun.
